MATTHEW HOWARD

Matthew enjoyed a multitude of sports growing up, but his main focus was Hurling. He currently plays with Clontarf Seniors and previously played at Ard Scoil Ris Boys Secondary School in Marino. Matthew has participated in several significant games, including the U16 and U18 Leinster Finals and the Senior 3 Final. Matthew chose to become a Personal Trainer because he loves helping people and helping them to achieve something they were unable to achieve by themselves.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys hiking with friends or family, often followed by a coffee break. Matthew says his proudest moment was assisting his dad with his rehab after his knee surgery last November. Now, his dad is back to walking his dog, which he loves to do.

Matthew's qualifications include EQ Level 4 in Exercise, Health, and Personal Training; L1 Precision Nutrition; General Science Level 5 and First Aid/AED from the American Heart Association. He is currently in his final year of a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy.
