I've been training in The Edge and with Dave for 7/8 years now. We train 3 days a week in group PT sessions. The structure I have around training forms a structure to my week. In my honest opinion Dave is the best trainer in Ireland. He gets to know his clients personally which means he can dial up or down training as required. We have gone through periods of strength, cardio and Hyrox. Over the space of 3 months, he took 4 lads who are "nearly 50" from barely been able to run to doing a Hyrox and we averaged just over 1 ½ hours !! Could not recommend him enough and I now count him as a great friend and sounding board.

My training with John is very focused and tailored to what I need. John is always supportive and constantly sharing advice and giving direction so I can get the most from each workout. Previously I did not have the confidence to lift weights correctly and I was not making any progress. Now the direction I get from John makes it so much easier. Nutrition has always been a stumbling block for me, and I am starting to get to grips with that too with John's support. If anyone was unsure about joining Vantage I would recommend they try a class or a SGPT session to see what it’s like. It will take the guessing out of it and you will see for yourself the benefits of joining. Training in Vantage has been a very positive experience for me. I like that the gym is the right size and dynamic. John and the team are always on hand to give advice, support and that's not something I have experienced in other gyms.

Personal Training with Karen has completely changed how I feel about gym work and has helped me achieve goals I thought were impossible for me. I had joined gyms and started programs elsewhere many times over the years, but without real accountability or proper coaching I never made much progress and struggled to stick with it. After a few months working with Karen, I noticed significant differences in my strength, in particular my upper body and arms where I had always struggled before.
