What a HYROX race involves

HYROX is a fitness race made up of 8 x 1km runs, each followed by a workout station: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls. You can race solo in the Open or Pro divisions, with a partner in Doubles, or as a team of four in the Relay.
