Camila has over 18 years of experience helping people improve posture, build strength and definition, manage pain, and achieve weight loss in an enjoyable way. She creates varied, engaging sessions tailored to individual needs and is passionate about guiding clients toward healthier habits through mindfulness, balance, and wellness practices.
Qualified with a PE Teaching Degree, a Sports Science Bachelor’s Honours, and certifications in Pilates, Meditation, and Reiki, Camila combines her academic knowledge with a holistic approach to health and self-care. Outside the gym, she enjoys weightlifting, Pilates, mobility work, aerial silks, hiking, and cycling, alongside her passion for colourful, balanced nutrition and healthy cooking.
